At Lumea Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited return policy as outlined below.
Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The device must be in good condition
• All original accessories, cords, and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery are not eligible for refund.
2. Condition Requirements
Returned devices must be:
• Lightly used only
• Free from damage, misuse, or excessive wear
• Returned in original packaging with all included components
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of:
• Physical damage
• Improper use
• Missing parts
• Excessive cosmetic wear
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Any cross-border shipping fees
• Duties or customs charges related to returns
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lumea Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
• Shipping fees and duties are not refunded
Please note:
Payment processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a replacement, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for:
• Devices returned after 14 days
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Missing components or original packaging
• Final sale or promotional clearance items
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos or video of the issue
• We will assess and provide a replacement or resolution
This does not apply to cosmetic wear from regular use.
8. Cosmetic Device Disclaimer
Lumea devices are cosmetic tools designed to improve the appearance of skin. Results vary based on individual skin type, routine, and frequency of use.
Lack of visible results does not constitute a defect.
9. Chargebacks & Fraud
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Any unauthorized disputes will be investigated and documented.
Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.
